Central can be considered as being the database of the whole thing. It's also the entry point of the API facade functions. The cache system is coded there. This cache isn't configurable yet. By now, all the files in cache are kept for eternity and if file is in the cache it is always this one that will be used. The cache files are in the .Jentchina directory of the user.
